Factory-Calibrated WPC Door Fitment :
Unlike traditional wooden doors that require extensive on-site carpentry, Duroholz WPC doors and frames arrive precision-engineered for a perfect fit. This reduces installation time, eliminates on-site cutting and waste, and helps accelerate project handover while lowering labour costs.
Universal WPC Door Frame Compatibility :
Our WPC door frame profiles accommodate wall thicknesses from standard masonry to modern dry wall partitions. The modular design enables frame installation at the final finishing stage, protecting WPC door units from construction phase dust and damage. One frame system, every wall type.
Rock-Solid Structural Anchoring :
The high density Duroholz WPC door matrix delivers screw holding strength exceeding 2,000N, providing an unshakeable substrate for heavy duty hinges, floor springs, and concealed closers. This eliminates the “frame-sag” and hardware loosening that plagues traditional wooden door installations.
Dry Fix Installation — Clean, Fast, Interference Free :
Duroholz WPC doors are installed using a “Dry-Fix” method with high performance PU foams and mechanical fasteners. This eliminates all wet-work, enabling a dust free work environment where other finishing trades (painting, flooring, electrical) can proceed simultaneously without delays.
Telescopic Architrave Finishing :
Every Duroholz WPC door installation is completed with our proprietary telescopic architrave system, providing a seamless aesthetic bridge between the WPC door frame and the wall. The system masks masonry imperfections and delivers architect specified shadow gap or flush finishes.
| Metric | Duroholz WPC Door Installation | Traditional Timber Door Installation |
|---|---|---|
| Average Time | 45–60 minutes per unit | 4–6 hours per unit |
| Site Waste | Zero — no on-site cutting | Significant debris, dust, noise |
| Weather Dependency | None — 100% hydrophobic | Must wait for dry conditions |
| Hardware Preparation | CNC-machined factory slots | Manual chisel — inconsistent |
| Post-Handover Issues | Zero call-backs | Frequent: jammed doors, seasonal warping |
| Finishing Required | None — factory-finished surface | On-site painting/polishing required |
